摘要
矿山企业电气设备功率因数低,造成能源浪费严重,供电质量差。详细分析了无功补偿效益及无功补偿方式,采用分散、动态的无功补偿策略,设计了一种基于PLC的智能无功就地补偿装置,该装置可以随用电设备的无功变化进行补偿容量投切控制,并通过工业以太网实现数据远程传输。
The power factor of electrical equipment in mine is low,which leads to serious energy waste and bad power supply quality.The reactive power compensation benefits and compensation ways were analyzed in detail.An intelligent reactive power compensation device based on PLC was designed with distributed and dynamic compensation strategy.The device can control the capacity of switch capacitor according to the reactive power variation of electrical equipment,and achieve long-distance data transmission by Ethernet.
