摘要
针对现有的高空作业车控制阀在泵欠流量状态下不能很好地进行复合动作的问题,提出了一种新的由螺纹插装阀组成的集成阀,并应用AMESim进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,经改进后的控制阀块在泵欠流量状态下依然能够很好地进行与负载无关的流量分配,保证了复合动作的协调性。
For solving the problem that the aerial work platform can not make two or more organs working together under condition of insufficient pumpflow,a control valve made up by screw cartridge valve is proposed.With the help of simulation analysis of AMESim,we can see that the changed system can realize proportional flow distribution that is independent of load even insufficient pumpflow.
