摘要
针对螺旋输送机在使用过程中常常因叶片、吊轴承、螺旋端头磨损严重而导致运输效率降低,甚至报废的情况,根据调研获得的资料,对螺旋输送机主要磨损部件的失效形式及机理做了探讨,并给出了相应对策,以期延长螺旋输送机使用寿命。
Screw conveyor is often inefficiency or declared worthless because of the wear failure of vane,suspended axletree and screw axis.On the basis of investigative information,this paper has summarized the wear failure modes and the wear failure mechanism of the screw conveyor.In the meantime,this paper has given countermeasures to above-mentioned problems for prolonging service life of the screw conveyor.
