摘要
应用焦耳-汤姆逊效应所研制出的氩氦刀,已在临床上推广应用,其关键技术是控制低温区域和冷冻速率。当氩气在针孔内急速释放时,可在十多秒内冷冻病变组织至-120~165℃,当氦气在针孔内急速释放时,将产生急速升温至零上45℃,冷冻温度变化率大于25℃/min,最终温度达到-20℃至-40℃时,就能够有效的杀灭肿瘤细胞。
Argon-helium knife based on Joule-Thomson effect has been generalized and applied in clinical practice. In which gordian technique was the control of region of low temperature and freezing rate. The temperature of the region which tissues have cancerated sharply fell down to -120℃~-165℃ with Argon gas ejecting from pinhole after more than ten seconds, while the temperature of the region cancerated rapidly rose up to 45 ℃ with helium gas ejecting from pinhole. If change rate of the temperature arrive at 25℃/min, tumor cells will be effectively killed.
