Objective： To alleviate the pressure of investment of the hospital and prevent blind purchase of medical devices. Methods： The profits resulting from introducing different types of devices were analyzed and the strength and weakness of the ways for introduction compared. Results： By this way, the constructioni of hospital could be promoted and medical service level be improved. Conclusion： The hospital should choose correct ways for introduction of medical devices according to its actual situation.
