Practice and exploration of construction for one-stop hybrid operating room

目的:探讨一体化复合杂交(Hybrid)手术室的建设。方法:分析现代Hybrid的机房总体要求,基本配套设备,一体化数字手术室功能与DSA技术比较与选型等。结果:总体设计、建设装配一体化杂交手术室。结论:一体化复合杂交手术室的建设与应用,只有医工结合,系统设计、统一施工、安装与调试、全面测试与技术验收、使用操作与维修培训,才能真正发挥其作用,达到预期目的。

Objective： To explore the construction of one-stop hybrid operating room. Methods： In this paper, we analyzed the general requirements, basic equipment, function of integrated digital operating room and comparison and selection of DSA technology and so on. Results： Through overall design, the hybrid operating room has been constructed and installed. Conclusion： For constructing a truly one-stop hybrid operating room, we should combine medicine with engineering. In other word, only through this kind of combination, the system design, construction, installation, debugging, operation and maintenance training can really play their roles in achieving the desired objectives.
