Analysis of causes for abnormal results of biochemical examination

目的:分析影响生化检验结果的一些重要因素,以期能加强检验过程的质量控制,提高本院生化检验质量与水平。方法:分析标本采集、生理因素和溶血对生化检验结果的影响,探究生化检验结果异常的原因。结果:通过检验人员专业学习的不断提高,采送符合要求的标本,发现异常结果需及时与临床沟通,了解患者情况,使检验水平不断提高。结论:通过分析得出:在日后临床与检验工作中,加强生化检验的质量控制,为临床提供具有参考意义与价值的报告。

Objective： To analyze some important factors affecting results of biochemical examination to strengthen the quality of the examination to improve quality and level of biochemical examination in our hospital. Methods： In this paper, the effects of sample collection, psychological factors and hemolysis on results of the biochemical examination were analyzed to determine the causes. Results： The quality and level of biochemical examination in our hospital were improved through continuous study, normal sample collection and timely communication. Conclusion： We should strengthen quality control of biochemical examination to provide reports of great reference value for clinicians.
