摘要
目的:探讨西门子900C型呼吸机的非电路性维修维护思路。方法:运用呼吸机的原理来分析日常维修中出现的问题。结果:西门子900C型呼吸机维修65例,成功率100%无一台呼吸机因故障而影响临床的使用。结论:西门子900C型呼吸机的气路,传感器,氧浓度等的非电路性故障由于维修工作中经常要碰到,所以要引起我们的重视,掌握它的原理,才能在工作中尽快修复,即节约成本,又不影响临床使用。
Objective: To discuss some thoughts on troubleshooting for non-circuit breakdowns in Siemens 900C ventilator. Methods: The principle of breathing machines was used to analyze the problems in the daily maintenance of the machine. Results: There was a total of 65 cases of troubleshooting for the machine. The successful rate was 100%.Conclusion: Some non-circuit breakdowns in the machine are common in daily work. Therefore, we should master its working principle to rapidly deal with the breakdowns.
