摘要
以心理督导理论的观点和方法为基础,探讨心理督导模型在专科护士学员培训中的作用。按照督导方案对专科护士学员进行以"自我了解"、"如何看待目前的工作环境"、"护士职业行为分析与职业道德"、"我的心思你别猜"、"同心行"、"我们是个大家庭"、"我们可以更出色"、"自我成长思考"等自我成长为主题的系列督导,通过讨论、自我分析、团队互动、游戏等督导方式,帮助学员认识自己,训练护士的职业行为,培养和训练社交能力、团队协作能力、创新能力,对个案建立理论假设并运用相应技能进行心理护理帮助的能力。完成4轮督导,共有48名学员接受了训练,学员对督导的满意度98%;对整体培训的满意度由过去的90%上升到96%。
Based on psychological supervision theories,this paper was to discuss the application of psychological supervision model in the training of specialized nurse trainees.A series of themed psychological supervisions such as self-understanding,professional behavior and professional ethics,teamwork,being more excellent were conducted.Diversified activities including discussions,self-analysis,games were beneficial to training nurses' professional behavior,cultivating their social communicative competency,teamwork cooperation and innovation ability.Four rounds supervisions involved 48 nurses,97.9% of who were satisfied with the training.
