STUDY ON PG DISINFECTANT

PG 消毒剂含2%强化中性戊二醛,醇类和香料.该消毒剂对细菌、真菌与 HBsAg 有良好灭活作用.以其制成消毒纸巾擦手1分钟,可将自然菌减少99%.

PG disinfectant contains 2% glutaraldehyde,alcohol and perfume.It was demonstrated in laboratory that the disinfectant could kill 100% of Escherichia coli and Staphy lococcus albus within 2 min and 99.999% of Candida albicans spore within 10 min,and inactivate HBsAg in 10 min.Scrubbing hands for 1 min with tissue impregnated with PG disinfectant could remove 90% of the natural flora.The disinfectant is unirritative to skin and its oral LD_(50) in mice is 225 mg/kg.No change in concentration of glutaraldehyde was found after the disinfectant was shelved at room temperature for 3 months.
