摘要
本研究利用自编问卷对北京师范大学407位免费师范生的职业认同现状、学习态度现状以及二者的关系进行了调查。调查结果表明:一、免费师范生的教师职业认同度与学习态度都偏高;二、免费师范生的职业认同度与学习态度显著相关,职业认同度若改变1%,将影响学习态度同向改变0.169%。
This paper through the self-made questionnaire to survey Professional identity status,Learning attitude and their rerlatinship of 407 free normal students in Beijing Normal University.The result shows： firstly,free normal students＇ professional identity and learning attitude are on the high side,free normal students＇ professional identity has a significant correlation to their learning attitude,when their professional identity change 1%,it will reflects their learning attitude 0.169%.
