摘要
本研究利用自编问卷对北京师范大学407位免费师范生的职业认同现状、学习态度现状以及二者的关系进行了调查。调查结果表明:一、免费师范生的教师职业认同度与学习态度都偏高;二、免费师范生的职业认同度与学习态度显著相关,职业认同度若改变1%,将影响学习态度同向改变0.169%。
This paper through the self-made questionnaire to survey Professional identity status,Learning attitude and their rerlatinship of 407 free normal students in Beijing Normal University.The result shows: firstly,free normal students' professional identity and learning attitude are on the high side,free normal students' professional identity has a significant correlation to their learning attitude,when their professional identity change 1%,it will reflects their learning attitude 0.169%.
