摘要
信息时代的到来,图书馆迎来了新课题。为了适应新时代要求、信息社会发展的需要、科研的需要、知识结构多元化的需要。目前图书馆员所拥有的传统技能已难以适应现代化发展的需要,图书馆员的继续教育是我们所面临的一个重大课题。因此,图书馆员必须进行继续教育,更新知识结构,使图书馆员具备综合索质,以满足读者的需要。
With the coming of the information era,the library brings in new project.In order to meet the requirements of the new times,requirements of development of information society,requirements of research,requirements of multi-dimensioned knowledge structure,nowadays,the librarians＇ traditional skills cannot adapt the development of modernization.Continual education of librarians is a significant subject to us.Therefore,the librarians must accept continual education.Update their knowledge structure,so that they have comprehensive quality to meet the needs of readers
