摘要
教育公平问题一直是人们关注的焦点问题。本文从教育公平的角度来分析全民教育和全纳教育。从全民到全纳的过程,是教育理念不断发展的过程,也是逐步实现由教育量的公平向教育质的公平转变的过程。在全纳教育体系下,教育公平的理想才能真正实现。
People always pay attention to the education equality issue.This paper analyse china's all and inclusive education in view of education equality.From education for all to inclusive education,education philosophy is developing.The course which is from education for all to inclusive education is also the course which education equality transmits from quantities to qualities.In the inclusive education system,the dream of education equality can come true.
