摘要
本文选取了位于北京、上海、南京、广州、西安五大城市的共10所已开设瑜伽课程的普通高校作为调查对象,分别对10所高校正在进行瑜伽课程学习或已经参加过瑜伽课程学习的40位学生进行了问卷调查。了解学生学习瑜伽的动机,对瑜伽教学内容的选择倾向以及课后练习情况,从而提出普通高校瑜伽教学从课内到课外的延伸方案。
This paper surveyed 10 universities in Beijing,Shanghai,Nanjing,Guangzhou and Xi'an which have set yoga course,researched on 40 students in those school which has been learning yoga.The author get to know their learning motivation and their choose tend of the teaching content,situation of practice,so as to raise the extension scheme of college yoga teaching from class to the extracurricular.
