摘要 介绍了俄罗斯医学专家发明的治疗腰间盘突出的新技术"多通道激光穿刺椎间盘释压法"。该方法的独创性是利用半导体激光在腰间盘中建立了若干狭窄通道,取代了在腰间盘中通常采取的建立"储备"腔的操作方法,而在手术操作中使用弯针和高渗溶液是其独创性的关键。研究证明,"多通道激光穿刺椎间盘释压法"不仅具有微创、可重复性、康复周期短等优势,更具有良好的临床治疗效果。 This article describes the invention by Russian medical experts of new technologies for lumbar disc herniation-"muhi-channel laser disc decompression puncture method". The originality of this method is the use of semiconductor laser disk at the waist to create a number of narrow passages, instead of the establishment of "reserve" cavity on lumbar intervertebral disc, and the use of hypertonic solution looper is its original key during surgical procedures. Studies have shown that "multi-channel laser disc decompression puncture method" not only has the advantages of minimal invasion, repeatability, short recovery period and so on, but also has good clinical outcomes.
