摘要 介绍了电解法制备臭氧的基本原理,并以所研制的析氢阴极臭氧发生器对臭氧产生效率与有关电性能进行了测定,阐明了电极间距、气室压力、电解液种类、电流密度、输入功率等因素对臭氧析出电流效率的影响.所用铁基二氧化铅阳极累积使用寿命超过1500小时. The basic principle of preparing ozone by electrolytic method is described and an ozone generator developed in this department is reported.The efficiency of ozone production and the electric properties of the ozone generator were measured in experiment.The results in- dicated that factors such as the distance between electrodes,pressure of the gas chamber,the electrolytic solution used,current density and input power could influence the efficiency of current to produce ozone.In practical operation,the cumulative service life of PbO_2 anode was found to be longer than 1500 hr at an current density of 0.3 A/cm^2.
