实习护生评价临床护理带教老师带教情况的分析 被引量:26

摘要 目的了解实习护生对临床护理带教老师带教情况的评价,为遴选护理师资,提高临床护理带教质量提供依据。方法采用自编问卷对在我国10个省市92所医院实习的794名不同教育层次护生进行调查,内容包括对临床带教老师专业思想、工作态度、带教水平的评价以及学历层次的调查。结果护生对临床护理带教老师的专业思想、工作态度、带教水平的总体评价尚可;不同教育层次护生对临床护理带教老师带教情况的评价差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),中专护生对教师专业思想、工作态度和带教水平的评价最高,专科护生次之,本科护生最低。带教老师以专科学历居多,本科和硕士学历较少;本科护生带教老师的主要学历层次低于中专和专科护生的带教老师。结论护生对临床护理带教老师的总体评价尚可,但本科护生的评价低于中专和专科护生,临床护理带教老师的安排也不合理。实习医院应该加强对临床护理带教老师的遴选,选择热爱护理专业、工作态度好、带教水平高的高学历护士承担带教工作。同时,应根据护生的不同情况因材施教,对高学历护生应注重培养他们的科研、教学及管理能力,使他们学以致用。 Objective To understand the evaluation of clinical nursing teaching from nursing students, to enhance the quality of clinical nursing teaching and to provide reference for the selection of nursing faculty. Methods 794 nursing students with different educational background from 92 hospitals of 10 provinces were surveyed with a self-designed questionnaire to obtain information about clinical teachers' professional thought, working attitude, education background, etc. Results In general, nursing students presented a positive evaluation on clinical nursing teachers for their professional thought, teaching ability and working attitude. Evaluations from nursing students with different educational background indicated statistic significance (P〈0.01). Conclusion Evaluations from nursing undergraduates is lower than those from nursing college students and nursing secondary school students. The teaching hospital should organize sound-developed clinical nursing teachers to satisfy nursing students various needs.
