根据企业对人才的需求，调整专业的方向，采用校企合作工学结合的人才培养模式，是提升学校教育教学水平和毕业生就业率的有效途径．本文以数码印刷专业为例，介绍了校企合作工学结合人才培养模式的探索与实践，形成了“二转变三双制”的人才培养模式的新特色。

According to the requirement o f enterprise to talented person to adjust professional direction, using talent training mode of cooperation between school and enterprises, and work-integrated learning, is an effective way to improve schools＇ teaching standard and students＇ employment rate, this paper takes digital printing professional for example, introduces exploration and practice of talent training mode of cooperation between school and enterprises, formed a new features of the talent training mode that ＂two turns change into chree pairs system＂.
