摘要
中药化学是一门结合中医药基本理论和临床用药经验,主要运用化学的理论和方法及其它现代科学理论和技术等研究中药化学成分的学科,主要是研究中药中具有生物活性或能起防病治病作用的化学成分,即有效成分的化学结构、物理化学性质、提取、分离、检识、结构鉴定或确定、生物合成途径和必要的化学结构的修饰或改造,以及有效成分的结构与中药药效之间的关系等等。结构鉴定是其研究内容的一个重要部分,对化学结构的鉴定最主要的一个方法就是波谱解析,因此浅谈一下在中药化学教学中波谱解析部分的教学方法。
TCM chemistry is a discipline combined with traditional Chinese medicine basic theory and clinical medicine experience, mainly using chemical theory and method and other modern scientific theory and technique TCM chemistry composition disciplines, mainly research in Chinese medicine has biological activity or can play cure diseases, namely, the chemical composition of the role of effective ingredients of chemical structure, physical and chemical property, extraction and separation, examining knowledge, the structure identification or determine, biosynthetic pathway and the necessary chemical structure transform, and the modification or the structure and effective ingredients the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine efficacy, etc. The structure identification is its research content is an important part of the identification of chemical structures, the main one way is a spectrum analysis, thus showing in TCM chemistry teaching in the teaching methods of spectra analysis section.
