中等专业学校《电子专业技能训练》教学改革刍议

《电子专业技能训练》是中等专业学校电子类专业的一门非常重要的专业实践课，它涉及的知识面广、理论性和实践性都较强，能否扎实的掌握这些实用技能，对学生今后的专业发展及就业都具有举足轻重的作用。随着电子技术日新月异的发展及社会的进步，传统的实训教材内容更新较慢、模式单一、知识点分散；教学方式的单一化；师资结构队伍业务能力的待提升；教学资源及制度保障等诸多问题难以适应当前职业学校“以能力为本位，以工作实践为主线，以项目课程为主体”的培养教学理念．针对现状，经过长期的实践与思考，笔者认为有必要对该课程进行行之有效的改革与创新。

With the rapid development of electronic technology and social progress, the traditional teaching material updates slower, single model, knowledge point spread; teaching methods of simplification; teacher structure the operational capacity to be upgraded team; Teaching resources and system security, and many other problems which are difficult to adapt to the current vocational school, ＂competency-based to practice the main line to the project as the main course,＂ the culture of teaching philosophy. For the status quo, after a long practice and thinking, I believe that to be effective in this curriculum reform and innovation.
