本文结合新时期城市发展的特点，指出传统规划教学在课程设置、教学内容、教学手段等方面存在的问题。面向新时期的规划教学改革，必须研究教学发展新方向，转变思路；进行综合化、系统化、体制化的课程设置，完善教学内容：采用灵活多变的利于培养学生创新精神的教学手段，培养出一专多能的，融汇多学科的综合型具有专业素养的人才。
