摘要
“自主学习”是新课程改革背景下倡导的新型学习方式．本文从高中生学习篮球的兴趣与动机入手，结合学生学习篮球的积极性，探索自主学习在篮球教学中的应用方法及途径，以便为体育教学提供帮助和借鉴，培养学生自学能力及终身体育意识。
The model of study on one＇s own is a new way advocated by new curriculum criterion. The writer revolves around the interestand motivation of senior students learning basketball, combining their enthusiasm and exploring its application way and approaches, which aims to offer help and experience to physical education and cultivate students＇ ability of self-study and their awareness of physical training for a whole life.
