摘要
以2,6-二甲基溴苯为起始原料,通过KMnO4氧化、SOCl2酰化,制得2-溴间苯二甲酰氯.2-溴间苯二甲酰氯与重氮甲烷反应,顺利合成了2,6-二(2-溴乙酰基)溴苯.方法简洁,合成条件较温和,产率较高.
2,6-bis(2-bromoacetyl) bromobenzene was successfully synthesized via diazomethane reaction starting from 2-bromo-m-xylene.2-bromo-m-xylene was oxidized with KMnO4 to yield 2-bromoisophthalic acid,which was subsequently treated with SOCl2 to obtain 2-bromoisophthaloyl chloride.2-bromoisophthaloyl dichloride was converted to 2,6-bis(2-bromoacetyl) bromobenzene by means of the diazomethane reaction.This strategy features a concise synthesis route,relatively mild reaction conditions and good yields.
