中美高校勤工助学的差异及其对中国的启示

The Difference between Chinese and American College Work-study and the Implications for China

勤工助学活动是资助贫困大学生的重要渠道之一。目前,我国高校勤工助学活动已初步形成体系,但尚不健全,勤工助学活动面临着基金严重不足,对高校贫困生认定不严以及提供岗位数量有限等问题。该文通过对中美高校勤工助学进行比较,提出我国高校应渠道筹集勤工助学基金、拓宽勤工助学渠道、建立健全的高校贫困生认定机制、加强勤工助学规章制度健全化和管理的信息化,并发挥勤工助学在高校贫困资助中的作用。

Work-study is one of the important channels to help poor college students.Nowadays,activities of college work-study system has taken shape in our country,but still not so perfect.Work-study activities is facing a serious shortage of funds,identifying for poor college students is not serious,a limited number provided jobs and other issues.This article compares Chinese and American college work-study,our colleges and universities should make work-study funds,broaden work-study channels,establish a sound mechanism to identify poor students,strengthen work-study rules and regulations and improve the management of information technology,and play the role of work-study in colleges and universities in poverty funding.
