Exploring into the Pattern of Dual-System in Colleges and Universities

双元制是世界著名的德国职业教育模式,德国教育专家胡勃先生认为:"德国的职业教育体系与其称它为一种教育制度,不如称它为一种‘思想’,是一种注重实践、技能为未来工作而学习的思想"。我国对于双元制人才培养模式的研究还多集中在一些高职院校和职业培训机构中,针对的对象主要是高职人才的培养,而在本科教育中实行双元制人才培养模式的研究还很少,付诸实践的更是凤毛麟角。我院通过认真研究德国"双元制"教育模式的精髓,利用自身独具的优势,积极探索实践,研究如何将双元制人才培养模式的思想与本科人才培养相结合,探索一套切实可行的本科人才双元制培养模式。

Dual-System is a famous German vocational education model.Mr.Hu Bo,a German expert in education,thinks that：＂The German vocational education system is better to be called a ＂thought＂,which focuses on practice and skills for the future work and study,than a sort of education system.＂ In China,the study on the pattern of dual-system is still limited to the high vocational-technical colleges and training institutions focusing on the vocational higher education,and only few colleges and universities engage in it.Based on our own advantages,our college has put emphasis on how to combine the thought of dual-system with college education through researching the essence of German dual-system seriously,aiming at exploring a practicable and achievable dual-system suitable for colleges.
