摘要
航空业发展对空乘专业教育需求不断增加,为空乘专业的本科教育带来了机遇,也提出了更多的挑战和更高的要求。本文针对生源入口与毕业生出口的实际情况,重点开展教育理念和教学体系创新研究的探索,结合学校实践探索空乘本科专业的培养模式。
With the development of aviation industry,it requires more for flight attendants professional education.It brings opportunities for flight attendants undergraduate education,as well as more challenging and higher demand.This article talks about the actual situation of entry students and graduates,focus on educational philosophy and teaching system to explore innovative research,practice and explore training model of flight attendants undergraduate education.
