摘要
伴随"新课改"后为中小学教师培训工作的发展所带来的契机,文章针对当前"新课改"后教师培训工作进行了简要分析,首先提出了中小学教师培训工作存在的主要问题,包括培训工作针对性差、培训考核方式单一、培训理念落后等几方面。经过总结,文章提出了"新课改"背景下中小学教师培训的践行思路。文章旨在通过研究"新课改"背景下中小学教师培训工作的问题,为下阶段中小学教师培训工作的深入开展提出新的思路,多措并举推进基础教育质量的提高。
For the opportunity of "new curriculum" to the development of teachers' training,this article analyzes teachers' training after "new curriculum",first proposes the problems existed in teachers' training,including poor training target,single training evaluation methods,training concept backward and so on.After summary,the article proposes teachers' training ideas under "new curriculum".The articles aims to propose new ideas for the next phase of teachers' training work in depth,take measures to promote the improvement of the quality of basic education by researching the problems of teachers' training under "new curriculum".
