摘要
学生党员队伍建设是高职院校学生党建工作的重要组成部分,随着高校的扩招,学生党员发展力度不断增强,学生党员的质量与时代的需要和党组织的要求,还存在一定差距。如何加大继续教育的力度?怎样使党的先进性教育深入人心?本文结合当前高职院校党建工作的现状,对学生党员如何开展有效的继续教育进行探析。
Student party building is an important part of vocational college students＇ party building work,with the enrollment of university,student party development efforts have been enhanced,there is still a gap between the quality of student Party members and the needs of the times and requirements of Party organizations.How to increase the continuing education efforts？ How to make the party＇s advanced nature education enjoys popular support？ This paper combines with the current status of party building in vocational colleges,and discuss how to develop effective continuing education for student party members.
