浅谈高校辅导员的自身建设

辅导员作为高校开展大学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,在培养社会主义建设者和接班人的过程中扮演着重要角色。新时期大学生思想政治教育既面临着有利条件,也面临着严峻挑战,新形势下大学生思想行为呈现出的新特点对辅导员提出了更高的要求。在这种形势下,高校辅导员应积极加强自身建设,在提高和加强自身的政治素质、道德素质、知识文化素质、能力素质、心理素质和工作方法等方面上狠下苦功,这样才能担负起自己的使命,卓有成效地做好大学生思想政治教育工作。

As the backbone to carry out ideological and political education work in univesity,college counselors play an important role in the training of socialist builders and successors.In the new situation,students＇ deological and political education is facing favorable conditions,and also facing serious challenges,students＇ new thinking and behavior characteristics put forward higher requirements of the counselor.In this situation,the college counselors should actively strengthen themselves,to improve and strengthen their own political,moral quality,knowledge and cultural qualities,abilities,psychology and working methods,and work harder,so as to assume their mission,and do ideological and political education effectively.
