棉花叶片蛋白质、可溶性糖和花青素含量及其与绿盲蝽抗性的关系 被引量:20

Relationship between the contents of protein,soluble sugar and anthocyanidins in cotton leaf and their resistance to Apolygus lucorum Meyer-Dür

摘要 【目的】探讨不同时期棉花叶片中蛋白质、可溶性糖和花青素含量与绿盲蝽抗性的关系,为深入研究棉花对绿盲蝽的抗性机制及组建绿盲蝽综合治理技术体系提供依据。【方法】以田间筛选出的31个棉花品种(系)为材料,通过网室抗性鉴定和室内测定分析,系统研究了不同棉花品种(系)对绿盲蝽的抗性水平及棉花叶片蛋白质、可溶性糖和花青素含量与绿盲蝽抗性的关系。【结果】不同棉花品种(系)在苗期、蕾期和花铃期叶片中蛋白质、可溶性糖和花青素含量存在差异;苗期棉花叶片中蛋白质含量和蕾期可溶性糖含量均随着棉花对绿盲蝽抗性的增强而降低,蕾期棉花叶片中花青素含量随着棉花对绿盲蝽抗性的增强而增加。【结论】棉花叶片中蛋白质含量和蕾期叶片中可溶性糖含量与绿盲蝽抗性呈负相关,而蕾期棉花叶片中花青素含量与绿盲蝽抗性呈正相关。 【Objective】 The study determined the relationship between the contents of protein,soluble sugar and anthocyanidins in cotton leaf and their resistance to Apolygus lucorum to provide the basis for the study of resistance mechanism and construction of IPM for A.lucorum.【Method】 Using the 31 cotton varieties selected from the field as materials,the different resistance levels of different cotton varieties to A.lucorum and the relationship between the content of protein,soluble sugar and anthocyanidins in cotton leaf and their resistance to A.lucorum were studied through the resistant appraising in the net room and testing in laboratory.【Result】 The results showed that the content of protein,soluble sugar and anthocyanidins in cotton leaf showed difference in the different cotton varieties and different growing periods.The content of protein in seedling period and soluble sugar in bud period in cotton leaf decreased with the increase of resistance of the cotton varieties to A.lucorum,but the content of anthocyanidins in cotton leaf in bud period increased with the increase of resistance of the cotton varieties to A.lucorum.【Concluslon】 The content of protein in seedling period and soluble sugar in bud period in cotton leaf indicated the clear negative linear correlation with the resistance to A.lucorum,but the content of anthocyanidins in cotton leaf in bud period indicated clear positive linear correlation with the resistance to A.lucorum.These results could provide the basis for the cotton breeding of resistant to A.lucorum and IPM to A.lucorum.
