废热锅炉蒸发管弯制过程中开裂原因分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过化学成分、金相,断口SEM以及力学性能分析,对20G管热弯开裂原因进行分析。结果表明,虽然管子化学成分合格,但由于采用控扎代替正火,伸长率偏低,且热弯时温度控制不严,温度偏低,在弯制时发生蓝脆开裂。
