全球BPO服务外包行业是一个快速发展起来的新兴领域,带来了巨大的人才需求市场。如何应对劳动市场变化,根据岗位需求,正确定位培养目标,探索以专业对接产业、课程对接岗位为切入点的校企合作、工学结合的人才培养模式,构建基于工作过程以职业能力为核心的课程体系,建立多元化的学生评价机制是教学改革创新的重要内容。
BPO is short for business process outsourcing.As a new industry,it needs a big number of talents.This paper studies the cultivation of talents for the BPO industry in terms of curriculum,combination of learning and practice and cooperation between schools and corporations.
