摘要
体系结构模拟器在处理器设计和体系结构研究中起着十分重要的作用。然而,模拟器的速度问题一直是制约其应用与发展的一个重要因素。因此对模拟器加速技术进行研究具有十分重要的意义。此类研究旨在确保模拟器精确性的同时最大程度提升模拟器的运行速度。对当前主流的体系结构模拟器加速技术进行了调研,并在此基础上对各种技术进行了比较和评价。
The architecture simulator plays an important role for processor design and architecture research.However the issue of speed is always a vital factor to constrain the simulator's application and development.Therefore it is of significant importance to study the simulator acceleration technologies.These studies aim to not only ensure the accuracy of the simulator,but also upgrade its operational speed to a maximum.Investigations have been carried out on present mainstream architecture simulator acceleration technologies,based on which comparisons and evaluations upon various technologies have been made.
