摘要
通过甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)改性多壁羟基碳纳米管并用己内酰胺封端,采用单体浇铸的方法制备MC尼龙6/改性碳纳米管纳米复合材料。红外光谱(FTIR)结果证明TDI改性后碳纳米管上成功接有异氰酸酯基团。X射线衍射(XRD)结果表明,改性碳纳米管的加入没有改变MC尼龙6结晶的晶型结构;而未改性碳纳米管的加入则抑制了其α2晶的生长;当改性碳纳米管含量为0.3 Wt%时,其对MC尼龙6结晶度的影响不大,而当含量为0.5 Wt%时,MC尼龙6的结晶度降低。差热分析(DSC)结果分析得出,加入0.3 Wt%改性碳纳米管后,MC尼龙6的结晶峰温度由原来的173.4℃提高至183.5℃,且结晶峰变窄,表明碳纳米管对MC尼龙6结晶具有异相成核作用。
Multi-walled carbon nanotubes bearing hydroxyl group were modified with toluene diisoeyanate (TDI) and stabilized with caprolaetarrL The funetionalized carbon nanotubes were used to prepare monomer casting polyamide 6(MC nylon 6)/carbon nanotubes nanoeomposites. The results of FTIR proved that isoeynate groups have been incorporated into carbon nanotubes successfully. XRD results showed that the addition of the functionalized carbon nanotubes has no significant influence on the erystal structure of MC nylon 6, whereas the untreated carbon nanotubes could hinder the growth of a2-erystal of nylon 6; with the loading of 0. 3 Wt~ of the functionalized carbon nanotubes, the crystallinity degree of the nanoeomposites is almost equal to that of pure MC nylon 6, whereas as the loading increased to 0. 5 Wt%, the erystallinity degree of MC nylon 6 decreased. revealed that carbon nanotubes in MC nylon 6 acted as effective nucleation agents. The peak temperature of crystallization for MC nylon 6 increased by 10 ℃ from 173.4 to 183.5 ℃, and the temperature range of crystallization decreased, indicating that the carbon nanotuhes act as heterogeneous nucleation agents for MC nylon 6.
