中医治疗抗心磷脂抗体阳性滑胎思路探索

摘要 中医治疗抗心磷脂抗体阳性所致的反复自然流产,应以中医理论为基础,结合现代研究成果,认识ACA阳性滑胎的基本病机是肾脾亏虚、瘀血内阻,治疗的思路应针对其核心病机,以补肾健脾、活血化瘀、固养胎元为法则。 Chinese medicine to cure heart phosphatides antibody positive of course,and abortion should be based on TCM theory,combining modern research,the ACA is a real understanding and basic is a kidney machine is the virtual,shock caused by obstruction of blood flow.Thought should be aimed at the core pathogenesis to make up for the healthy.
