中医药综合治疗腰椎小关节紊乱临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Lumbar Small Joint Disorders Treated by Combined Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:观察中医药综合治疗腰椎小关节紊乱的临床疗效。方法:选取70例符合临床纳入标准的患者,采用外擦郑氏舒活按摩配合电针治疗的方法,比较治疗前、后不同时段的临床症状、体征的积分,根据临床疗效标准得出治愈率、有效率。结果:经上述方法治疗5天后,治愈57例,显效8例,好转5例。结论:中医药综合治疗腰椎小关节紊乱,方法简便、安全,临床疗效好。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect on lumbar small joint disorders treated by combined therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:70 cases of qualified patients were treated by the method of Zheng's massage technique with zheng's Shuhuoling and acupuncture,compared the clinical symptomatic scores before and after the treatment,analyzed the clinical efficacy through the statistics.Results:After 5 days of treatment,57 cases were recovered,8 cased had obvious effect,5 cases were improved.Conclusion:This combined therapy is simple and safe,and has a good clinical efficacy for lumbar small joint disorders.
