Analysis and Countermeasures of Xinjiang Uygur Hospitals

目的:对新疆地区公立维吾尔医医院发展现状进行调查分析,探索制约维吾尔医医院在激烈的市场竞争中发展缓慢的瓶颈,为维吾尔医医院的可持续发展提供思路和对策。方法:通过整群抽样的方法调查了2009年新疆所有的公立维吾尔医医院发展情况,共计41所,采用统计分析法对医院的床位、人员、病床使用情况、资产负债情况进行了分析。结果:维吾尔医医院分布不均衡,技术力量薄弱;卫生资源短缺与浪费并存;利用外资少,发展缓慢。结论:国家高度重视,加大投入力度;利用地域特色,增强专科优势;加强人才队伍建设,坚持技术优先;走出计划经济模式,强化经营管理意识。

Objective： The authors make investigation and analysis on the present situation in Xinjiang Uygur Hospitals, explore the constraints of Uighur Hospital in the fierce market competition, and provide ideas and measures for sustainable development. Methods： 41 public Uygnr Hospitals in Xinjiang Province were selected into the sample pool , the statistical analysis of hospital beds, staff, bed usage, assets and liabilities are analyzed. Results： The distribution of Uighur Hospitals are uneven and technoIogy is weak; shortage of health resources and waste co - exist; less foreign investment, slow growth. Conclusion and suggestion： Countries attach great importance to increase investment; the use of geographical features, enhance the specialist edge; strengthening of qualified personnel, adhere to the technical priorities ; out of the planned economy, to strengthen the awareness of management.
