摘要
目的了解护患沟通培训前后皮肤科护患沟通的情况。方法采用自编调查问卷,2010年6~12月对住院时间≥3d的患者进行调查。结果通过培训,护患沟通存在的问题明显减少;护士能够正确运用语言沟通和非语言沟通方法,护患关系和谐率由38翩彩上升至57D%;患者满意度由80.2%上升至93.8%。结论有针对性的护患沟通培训对于提高皮肤科护士的沟通技能具有非常重要的意义。
Objective To understand the nurse-patient communication before and after nurse-patient communication training. Methods Using serf-made questionnaire to investigate patients who were admitted from June to December 2010 and hospital stay longer than 3 days. Results After training, problems between nurses and patients communication significantly reduced; nurses could use verbal communication and non-verbal communication properly; the harmonious rate between nurses and patients increased from 38.6% to 57.0%; patients satisfaction degree increased from 80.2% to 93.8%. Conclusions The nurse-patient Communication and targeted training have an important significance for dermatology nurses to improve communication skills.
