Comparison of Drug Use in the Integrated Department of Our Hospital Between 2009 end 2010

目的：分析我院2009-2010年综合科用药使用情况并进行比较。方法：采用医院药历管理软件对2009和2010年我院综合科收治患者的用药情况进行统计．并计算出各药DDDs、DDC和B／A值。结果：综合科患者使用的药物主要为抗高血压药、调脂药、降糖药、抗血栓药和其他类。结论：高血压、高血脂、糖尿病、血栓为综合科收治患者的主要疾病。

Objective： To analyze and compare the drug use in the integrated department of our hospital in 2009 and 2010 and summarize their similarities and differences. Mothods： The amount of drug consumption were summarized and analyzed. DDDs, DDC and B/A were calculated. Results： The most frequently used drugs were anti-hypertensive drugs, lipid lowering drugs, hypoglycemic agents, antithrombotic drugs and drugs of other classes. Conclusions： Hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, thrombosis are the most prevalent diseases among patients in the integrated department of our hospital.
