扶正强心汤辅助治疗扩张性心肌病心力衰竭的疗效分析

Curative effect of Fu Zheng Qiang Xin Tang in adjunctive treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure

目的观察扶正强心汤联合常规西药治疗扩张性心肌病心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法将80例扩张性心肌病患者随机分为对照组40例,治疗组40例。对照组给予西药常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用扶正强心汤,疗程4周,观察2组患者心功能的变化。结果治疗组在改善心功能方面疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扶正强心汤对于扩张性心肌病心力衰竭具有较好辅助治疗作用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Fu Zheng Qiang Xin Tang in adjunctive treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure.Method All 80 patients were randomly divided into the control group（n=40） and treatment group（n=40）.The control group was given routine Western therapies and the treatment group was given Fu Zheng Qiang Xin Tang besides of the routine therapies.The therapeutic course was 4 weeks.The changes of heart function were observed in all patients of two groups.Result The curative effect in the improvement of heart function in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Fu Zheng Qiang Xin Tang has a good adjunctive and curative effect on dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure.
