脓毒症大鼠心肌细胞炎症因子的变化及其意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察脓毒症大鼠心肌细胞肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化特点并探讨其意义。方法:36只SD大鼠随机分成对照组和脓毒症组,以脂多糖(LPS)腹腔注射制备大鼠脓毒症模型,酶联免疫分析法检测不同时段心肌TNF-α含量,化学比色法测定不同时段心肌NO、SOD、MDA含量。结果:脓毒症大鼠心肌TNF-α、NO、MDA含量较对照组明显升高(P<0.05),心肌SOD较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:脓毒症大鼠心肌细胞TNF-α、NO、MDA表达明显增加,SOD明显减少,可能导致脓毒症心功能不全的发生。 Objective:To observe the changes and significance of inflammatory cytokine of myocardial cell TNF-α , NO, MDA,SOD in sepsis rats. Methods: 36 SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: the control group and the sepsis group. The sepsis model was prepared by injection of lipopolysaccharide. The change of TNF-α in heart was detected by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay. The metabolic products of ROS (SOD ,MDA)and NO in heart were detected by colorimetry. Results: The expression of TNF-α , NO and MDA in sepsis rat was significantly increased, and the expression of SOD in sepsis rat was significantly decreased, all P〈0.05. Conclusion: In the sepsis group, the expression of TNF-α , ROS and NO in heart increased, SOD decreased, which may involve the myocardia injury in sepsis.
