啶虫·毒死蜱21%微乳剂高效液相色谱分析方法 被引量:2

摘要 本方法采用高效液相色谱外标法,以甲醇-乙酸溶液作为流动相,用HyPersil BDSC18 250mm×4.6mm.10μm柱和紫外检测器,分析啶虫脒.毒死蜱乳油。结果表明:啶虫脒,毒死蜱的标准偏差分别为:0.26和0.29;变异系数分别为:0.28和0.39;平均回收率分别为:99.2和99.0。 The method is external standard method using high performance liquid chromatography with methanol-Acid solution As mobile phase, HyPersil BDS C18 250mm×4.6mm. 10μm column and UV detector of Acetamiprid and cyhalothrin ME. The results showed that: Acetamiprid ·cyhalothrin of the standard deviation was 0.26 and 0.29; the variation coefficients was 0.28% and 0.39%; the average recoveries was: 99.1% and 99.0%.
