应用美宝创疡贴加湿润烧伤膏治疗难愈性溃疡的临床总结

Clinical Summary of the Treatment of Refractory Ulcers with MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing in Association with MEBO Wound Ointment

目的应用美宝创疡贴加湿润烧伤膏治疗难愈性溃疡,观察其临床疗效,分析其作用机制。方法全程规范应用美宝创疡贴加湿润烧伤膏治疗85例(109处)各类难愈性溃疡患者,观察创面渗出、肉芽组织生长及创面愈合情况。结果 41例患者经过2w～7w的治疗,创面痊愈;29例患者治疗8w～10w创面愈合;8例患者治疗11w～15w创面愈合;3例患者治疗16w～23w创面愈合;4例患者感染创面控制,坏死组织脱落,肉芽组织新生,创面缩小。结论美宝创疡贴加湿润烧伤膏治疗各类难愈性溃疡创面,效果显著。

ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effect of MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing in association with MEBO Wound Ointment in the treatment of refractory ulcers and analyze its mechanism. Methods A total of 85 cases （ 109 sites） of various refractory ulcers were treated by MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing in combination with MEBO Wound Ointment in the whole course of treatment. The wound exudates, growth of epithelial granulation tissue and wound healing process were observed. Results Wounds in 41 patients were cured after 2 to 7 weeks＇ treatment, 29 patients cured after 8 to 10 weeks, 8 cured after 11 to 15 weeks, 3 cured after 16 to 23 weeks; and 4 patients with infected wounds were controlled in stable status with the shedding of necrotic tissues and the concentric creeping of newly regenerated granulation tissues. Conclusion The effects of MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing in association with MEBO Wound Ointment in treating various kinds of refractory ulcers are significant.
