Experience of Treating Erosion of Nasal Mucosa with MEBO Wound Ointment

目的观察美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)促进鼻黏膜愈合的效果。方法将MEBO涂于可吸收明胶海绵上,再将其放入病变部位,每2d换药1次,7d为1个疗程。结果 MEBO涂抹于鼻黏膜糜烂创面可明显加快鼻黏膜修复,无副作用。结论 MEBO具有抗感染,缓解疼痛,起效快,促进鼻黏膜上皮再生,加快糜烂面愈合的作用,可达到根治目的 ,疗效肯定。

Objective To observe the effect of MEBO Wound Ointment in promoting the healing of nasal mucosa. Methods Place geffoam soaked with MEBO Wound Ointment on the affected area of 125 cases of erosion of nasal mucosa, and change the dressing once per two days, seven days as one course of treatment. Results MEBO Wound Ointment was apparently able to accelerate the repairing of nasal mucosa without side effects. Conclusion MEBO Wound Ointment can rapidly alleviate pains, promote the reepithelialization of nasal mucosa and accelerate the healing of erosion wound, in order to eradicate the erosion with confirmed therapeutic effects.
