欠发达地区跨越式发展金融支持的国际经验借鉴

The International Experiences of Financial Support for the Great-leap-forward Development of Underdeveloped Areas

在实现区域经济发展由不平衡向相对平衡转变的过程中,世界各国政府都普遍采取了倾斜的政策措施,积累了许多较为成熟的经验。本文从以美国和日本为代表的发达国家、韩国为代表的新兴经济体以及以巴西和印度为代表的发展中国家这三个方面对金融支持欠发达地区经济发展的情况进行了阐述,从中寻找带有共性的有益经验,对于我国制定欠发达地区发展政策有重要借鉴价值。

In the progress of transformation from imbalance to balance of the regional economic development, governments all over the world generally took the policies skewed toward the underdeveloped areas, and accumulated many mature experiences. In this paper, three aspects of financial support of economic development in less developed regions are the United States and Japan representing developed countries, Brazil representing developing countries, as well as Korea representing emerging economies. The positive and common experiences are of great importance to making policv for underdeveloped areas in China.
