摘要
极板的实体建模和有限元分析对其结构优化和性能改进十分重要。文章以微电阻率扫描成像中使用的极板为例,当极板底盖为2.6 mm厚时,其最大应力与应变均不满足设计要求。通过增加加强筋后,其最大应力满足了设计要求,这恰好与实际试验结果相一致。与此同时,再适当增加厚度,其安全系数就更高,优化结构明显。通过这一实例说明有限元分析软件在机械设计中所起到的指导作用。
The solid modeling and finite element analysis of the plate is important to optimize its structure and performance improvements.Taking the plate of micro-resistivity imaging tool as an example,this article shows that the maximum stress and strain of the plate dose not meet the design requirements when the bottom is 2.6mm thick.By increasing the tendons,its maximum stress is strengthen to meet the design requirements.At the same time,the thickness is also increased to improve the factor of safety and optimize the structure.The example illustrates that the finite element analysis software plays a guiding role in the mechanical design.
