摘要
以广州市某超高层建筑为背景,对其钢模板施工技术进行了描述及分析。根据施工现场的实际情况,针对施工过程中的主要难题运用钢模板错层施工的方法对结构的剪力墙进行施工。同时,在钢模板的设计及部分施工细节上采用一定的技巧,增强了工程的适用性及可操作性。施工实践表明,该技术方法既能保证施工质量、满足工期要求,也减小了能耗、节约了施工成本,解决了工程难题。
The construction technology of steel formwork in a super high-rise building in Guangzhou is described and ana- lyzed. According to the situation of construction site and the main problems of construction process, the staggered construction method for steel formwork is used in shear wall construction in the structure. The design of the steel formwork and some construction details are skillfully handled to enhance the applicability and operability of the technology. Construction practice shows that this technical method can not only guarantee the construction quality and period, but also reduce the energy consumption and save the construction cost, then solve the engineering prob- lems.
