创新培养模式 培育新安医学人才——安徽中医学院新安医学教改试验班建设概况

Innovating training mode Cultivating personnel of Xin'an medicine: construction of teaching reform experimental class of Xin'an medicine in Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine

新安医学教改试验班是根据我校办学实际,在特色专业建设和人才培养模式创新试验区等质量工程的基础上,积极探索中医学人才培养新途径的有益尝试,通过改革课程体系,改进教学手段与方法,创新院校-师承教育相结合的人才培养模式,突出新安医学特色,健全教学考核评价体系,积极拓展第二课堂等举措,注重培养学生的继承创新能力培养,全面提高学生综合素质,培养既掌握传统中医学知识又有有创新能力的新安医学的传承者。

Teaching reform experimental class of Xin＇an medicine is a beneficial attempt in our exploration of new way for training TCM personnel on the base of characteristic specialty construction and innovation test site of personnel training mode. Through reforming curriculum system, improving teaching approaches and methods, innovating personnel training mode, stressing features of Xin＇an medicine, perfecting teaching assessment system, and opening up the second classroom the inheritance and innovation ability of students＇ is improved. The purpose is to cultivate the successors of Xin＇an medicine who grasp traditional TCM knowledge as well as possess innovation ability.
