摘要
将建构主义理论引入中医诊断学教学实践,设计了适合中医诊断学的建构主义教学模式并与传统教学模式相对比。结果表明采用建构主义教学模式教学班的平均成绩、及格率特别是反映中医辨证思维能力的病案分析平均得分均明显高于传统方法教学班,显示建构主义教学模式充分调动了学生的主动性、积极性和创造性,进一步提高了中医诊断学的教学质量。
The theory of constructivism was introduced into the teaching practice of traditional Chinese diagnostics.A teaching mode of constructivism suitable to traditional Chinese diagnostics was designed and compared with traditional teaching mode.The results showed that the grade-point average(GPA),pass rate,especially the mean score in medical record analysis reflecting TCM thinking of syndrome differentiation were higher in the class with teaching mode of constructivism than those in the class with traditional teaching method.The teaching mode of constructivism mobilized fully students' proactivity,enthusiasm and creativity,and improved the teaching quality of traditional Chinese diagnostics.
