摘要
通过张志聪、高世栻在侣山堂讲学的主要内容由门生集成《侣山堂类辩》《医学真传》二书,分析张氏、高氏的病案举隅、分证类治、引喻类比等讲授法,同时提出补弊救偏、甄别辨析、授人以渔的倾向,由此提出值得现代中医教育借鉴的关于教师应从多角度着手提高素质,本科生教育应重医药基础教育、能力培养、医德教育等。
Lv Shan Tang Lei Bian and Yi Xue Zhen Chuan are two works integrated according to the lectures of ZHANG Zhi-cong and GAO Shi-shi in Lv Shan Tang by their students.Through analysis on the disease examples,syndrome classification,therapies,allusion and analogy,the paper proposes that there are reference to modern TCM education in these two works for improving teachers' quality,and stressing medical fundamental knowledge,ability cultivation and medical ethics education in undergraduate education.
